About Us

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through saundersandsmalls.co.uk, operated by Saunders & Smalls Online Store Car Seats Ltd, Company No. 15160041, VAT Reg. GB 474 0966 65, based in Wincanton, Somerset.

Orders & Payment

• —All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• —Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order.
• —You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted.
• —We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if an item becomes unavailable or is listed at an incorrect price.

Discount Codes

• —Promotional discount codes are valid on online orders only unless otherwise stated at the time of issue.
• —Codes cannot be combined with Smalls Install Plus fee credits or any other promotional offer.
• —Each code is subject to its own minimum order value, expiry date, and usage limits as stated when issued.
• —We reserve the right to withdraw or invalidate a discount code at any time if misuse is suspected.

Smalls Install Plus

• —Smalls Install Plus is a professional car seat fitting service available by appointment only in Wincanton, Somerset, or within approximately 60 minutes of that location.
• —The standalone fitting fee (currently £35) will be credited against any car seat purchased from us at the same appointment.
• —The Install Plus credit applies to the seat purchase price only and cannot be combined with promotional discount codes.
• —Appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule with reasonable notice.

Liability

• —All car seats sold by us are genuine products from their respective manufacturers. We accept no liability for incorrect installation by the customer where a professional fitting service was not used.
• —Product information, weight limits, and compatibility data are provided in good faith based on manufacturer specifications. Always verify suitability for your specific vehicle.
• —Our liability to you will not exceed the value of the goods purchased.
• —Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
